Tom is a graduate of Red River Community College with a Diploma in Business Administration (honours). Upon graduation from Red River Community College Tom was employed by The Royal Bank of Canada as a Personal Banking Officer. Dealing with a wide range of loans, mortgages and investment products, he served many RBC clients over the course of the next four years.

Eager to better serve clients with a wider range of products and services, he left the bank in 1997 and established Fehr Financial Services.
